Within the app, I designed a custom set of icons, a typographic hierarchy, and a consistent image treatment. We added a chat widget after user-testing and also instated an on-boarding process that asked the user a set of questions upon download - to help determine their preference of location, atmosphere, entertainment, and diet for tailored in-app recommendations.
